Each of the 15 or so times we have been we have made a reservation, and have still been forced to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before being seated. Last night we arrived with a large party of 12 and were forced to wait 50 minutes past our reservation time before being seated. The restaurant did provide some complimentary food and drinks by way of an apology but if it means nothing to make a reservation, then why even offer that service? The food is good enough that we always consider coming back but with the expectation that we are going to wait regardless of whether we have a reservation.May 08, 2017
